Casey Hill, LPCC-S

Hi there, I’m Casey (she/her)!

I am a queer mom of two, a true introvert, and a strong 1w2 on the Enneagram. Sprinkle in humor and existential dread and you’ve got me in a nutshell.

My therapeutic approach: I believe everyone has inherent goodness within them, and use mindful self-compassion to help clients believe that about themselves. Through the Internal Family Systems modality, I encourage clients to identify, sit with and love the various parts of themselves. Through the process of reparenting, clients will learn how to allow their deep feelings to exist without judgement and soothe their childhood emotional neglect.

We might be a good fit if: You want to challenge your inner narrative. You’re a mom struggling with the mental load of parenting. A fellow therapist who struggles with perfectionism. You are seeking a space that allows the delicate balance of levity and the meaning of life. You are a couple looking to bring more joy, communication and understanding within your relationship. You’re a human trying to exist in this wild world!

Areas of Expertise: Life transitions, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship concerns, Women’s Issues, Boundaries, Codependency, Parenting, Perinatal Health, Career Change, and Trauma. I work with teens 16+, adults, and couples.

Self Pay rate: $125-individuals, $140-couples

Insurance accepted: Aetna, United Health Care

Personal Information: I am originally from Northeast Ohio (just a kid from Akron) and moved to the Queen City 10 years ago. I fell in love with the urban pulse of the city and began to build my family here. I am LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent allied, and work from a holistic mind-body perspective. In my free time I love to sew, read, try new vegan food, and deepen my yoga practice.

I offer counseling in person in Blue Ash, Ohio and virtually in the state of Ohio. Please send me an email if you’d like to chat and see if we’d be a good fit!
