Hello! I’m Katie (she/her).
One of my favorite parts of this field is embracing the diversity and uniqueness that each individual brings into the therapeutic space. I call on my background as a certified yoga teacher to share tools for mindfulness and grounding.
My therapeutic approach: I am passionate about connecting with individuals through a person-centered approach to help people discover how to utilize their pre-existing strengths to reach self-identified goals. I promote a caring, collaborative, and direct approach to help promote growth and personal progress. If you are someone who is looking to take this step, I look forward to connecting with you!
We might be a good fit if: You’re struggling with anxiety or depression. You are a college student navigating a new change. You would like to use your inherent strengths to meet your goals. You are looking for a holistic approach to therapy.
Areas of Expertise: Life transitions, emerging adulthood, depression, anxiety, grief, college adjustment. I work with teens 16+ and adults in person and virtually.
Self Pay rate: $100 for individuals. Not accepting insurance at this time.
Personal Information: Originally from Chicago, I moved around a bit until Cincinnati became home about 5 years ago!
